Standard implementation
The one-off cost of setting up your portal: your brand, your initial product data and customer prices, and the base configuration of your plan. This is not bespoke software — it's setting up your environment inside the Ordanta platform.
Standard connector
An Ordanta-supported connector configured for your situation within defined boundaries, once available. Not an unsupported system, not a non-standard API, not custom field mapping.
Custom integration
Development work for systems or workflows that fall outside a standard connector. This is always scoped and quoted separately — never included automatically, including during the Pilot Programme.
AI availability
AI features are planned alongside the core functionality. Every feature on this page carries a status. Nothing is shown as "live" unless it actually is.
Optional add-ons
Transparent, no surprises later.
Core functionality lives in the subscription. Add-ons exist for things that genuinely create extra cost or complexity.

Yes, a one-off fee: €900 for Start, €1,900 for Professional, from €3,900 for Integrated. Enterprise implementation is custom.
Is implementation included during the Pilot?
Yes. Pilot Partners pay the regular subscription price; the agreed standard implementation fee is not charged.
Is the subscription itself discounted during the Pilot?
No. The Pilot benefit is the waived implementation fee, not a discount on the subscription.
Do you charge per user?
No, the core price is not per user. See the comparison above for how many users each plan includes.
Do you take commission on our sales?
No. Ordanta runs on a fixed subscription, not a percentage of your B2B sales.
Can we upgrade later?
